$49 to set up your church's own number. Plans from $10/mo: XS $10 for 300 texts, S $15 for 500, M $35 for 3,000, L $75 for 7,000, XL $100 for 9,500 and XXL $150 for 14,000 texts a month. Your plan's billing starts when carriers approve your line, and texts reset each billing month. Replies are free up to 1 in 5 of your plan's texts each month; after that each incoming text uses one text. If carriers ask for changes to your registration, resubmitting is included. Text carriers count messages in segments. Message length and certain characters, like emoji, can cause one message to use more than one segment per recipient. Each segment uses one text from your plan.

Docs can send a document through your church's Engage line today. Forms and Tasks don't send texts through Engage yet; you can still text the people who joined your line from Engage itself.

Engage is built for permission-based contacts. Carrier-required opt-out and help keywords are handled automatically, with approval and audit controls around sending.
