How Engage billing works.
Pay the $49 setup and choose your plan to start carrier registration for your church's number.
- Your plan's billing starts when carriers approve your line.
- Automatic top-ups: +500 texts for $10, only when you run out, up to the monthly limit you set.
- Plan and top-up texts reset each billing month; unused texts don't carry over. STOP, HELP and START replies are always free.
- Replies are free up to 1 in 5 of your plan's texts each month; after that each incoming text uses one text.

Prices in USD. Every plan includes your church's dedicated local number and the same messaging tools. Setup covers carrier registration and review, including any resubmissions carriers ask for. A short text to 100 people uses 100 texts; longer messages or emoji can use more than one text per person. Upgrades can start right away — you pay the price difference that day. Downgrades start at your next billing month. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing month. Carriers make the final approval decision, and review times vary.

Frequently asked questions
What does "local-only" mean on the Free plan?
Your documents, tasks, forms, and notes stay on one device. The core tools are free; Pro adds cloud sync and the paid features listed above.
Can I try Pro before I commit?
Yes. Docs Pro, Tasks Pro, Forms Pro, and Talle All Access include a 7-day free trial. You'll experience cloud sync across all your devices. If you cancel before the trial ends, you're never charged — and your work stays on your device in local mode.
What happens to my documents if I cancel Pro?
Nothing is deleted. Your documents stay on your device in local-only mode. You just lose cloud sync until you resubscribe. Your data is always yours.
What's the difference between the individual plans?
Docs Pro adds cloud sync for documents, journals and meetings, plus Scripture Sheet PDF export. Basic PDF export, local version history, and library backup and restore are free. Tasks Pro adds personal task sync; creating shared task Spaces requires All Access. Forms Pro adds cloud sync and backup for forms and responses. All Access includes Pro in all three apps. Private document collaboration is not available in the current Docs release.
What is Engage?

What happens if we need more Engage texts?
Each plan includes a set number of texts, and texts reset each billing month. Automatic top-ups add 500 texts for $10, only when you run out, up to the monthly limit you set. You can also move to a larger plan. Upgrades can start right away — you pay the price difference that day. Downgrades start at your next billing month. Need more than 14,000 texts a month? How does Organization pricing work?
Organization plans are customized based on your ministry team's size and needs. Contact us at hello@talle.app and we'll put together a plan that fits your budget. We offer discounts for conferences, denominational partnerships, and multi-year commitments.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
You can manage your billing period through the provider you subscribed with. Annual billing costs less than paying monthly for a full year; choose Yearly above to compare the current totals.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed on the web: visit your account portal or email hello@talle.app and we'll cancel immediately. No questions asked. If you subscribed through the App Store: open iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Tallē → Cancel. Either way, your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period, and your documents stay on your device.
Can I subscribe on the web or only through the App Store?
Both. Subscribe in the app through Apple, or choose a web plan here. Sign in to your existing Tallē account before web checkout, then use that same account in the apps. Available trials and the first charge date appear at checkout. If you previously purchased as a guest, open the activation link from your purchase email on a device with Tallē installed and sign in to the account that should receive it; matching email addresses alone do not claim a guest purchase. Already subscribed through Apple or the web? Manage your existing subscription before buying again; All Access already includes Pro in all three apps. Prices here are web prices in USD. All Access annual is $191.99 in the US App Store; your store confirms its local price. Engage is sold only on the web at engage.talle.app.
Is there a discount for pastors or nonprofits?
Our individual pricing is already designed to be accessible for ministry budgets. For church-wide access, Organization plans offer flexible pricing based on your team's needs. Contact us to discuss.
What Bible translations are included?
KJV and other public-domain translations are available to all users (Free and Pro). We're actively working on adding more licensed translations (ESV, NIV, NLT, NASB, NKJV) as the app grows.
